SHIPPING POLICY
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free ground shipping for all domestic US & Puerto Rico orders. International orders are calculated depending on your location and which of our shipping services you select.
 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow for 1-2 full working days to process your order. 
 
We usually use USPS for domestic US & Puerto Rico orders and are generally delivered within 5 days.
 
*Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. 
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FAQs
For international orders, the timeframe will be provided as soon as the carrier provide the estimated delivery date.
 
Typically, with Regular USPS International Priority Mail, it takes between 10-22 business days depending on where you are located. Please note that this timeframe may be extended because of unforeseeable USPS delays.
 
The price of international shipment is dependent on several factors including the shipping option chosen at checkout, the weight of your Mare & Moon Swimwear items as well as the destination country. USPS calculates the cost once all factors have been accounted for in our system!
 
Please note that additional customs fees are occasionally requested by local customs office and notify directly to the recipient. We are not able to resolve this through regular Priority Mail International service, therefore completely dependable on the customer.
 
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided via email. If you do not receive the notification email, please email me at mareandmoonswimwear@gmail.com and let me know.
 
COULD YOU EXPEDITE MY SHIPMENT ONCE IT IS IN TRANSIT?
Once a package is out of our possession, the liability then lies with the courier service to deliver your package in a timely manner. We do not have the ability to “speed up” or “expedite” a shipment once the package has left our facility.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN DURING SHIPPING PROCESS?
Mare & Moon Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the shipping and delivery process.  Though we do insure the packages with USPS up to $100.00.  If you experience this situation, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WRITE AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Mare & Moon Swimwear is not responsible of lost orders submitted with incorrect addresses. Please make sure your address is correct before placing the order.  If you place the order with an incorrect address, we suggest notifying us within the next 12 hours of placing the order for us to make the corresponding changes. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes to the address after 12 hours of placing the order since we try to deliver the products as soon as possible.
