Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our customer's satisfaction is our highest priority, therefore, please contact mareandmoonswimwear@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
Be advised that all items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
Items with custom modifications are final sale and don't qualify for returns or exchanges.
All our items are carefully inspected before shipping. Please keep in mind that all pieces are handmade, thus you could find handmade qualities in each item. These don't constitute a reason for return.
Returns will be for store credit or exchange only. And will be honored within 7 days of the stamped date.
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags, packaging, etc.
    • We won't issue store credit or exchanges if the items show any type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations (we'll invoice for additional shipping costs and resend your order).
  • If it's an exchange, i.e. different size or color, you will be responsible for all freight charges, rebilled to the original transaction.
  • If you received an incorrect order or faulty garment, we'll review the order and re-ship the correct items (standard shipping & handling charges are on us). If customer wears incorrect order, this voids the exchange (we'll invoice for additional shipping costs and resend the order).
  • Women's swimwear, bikinis, and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale only.
To request a returns or exchange please follow the next steps:
  1. Email us to mareandmoonswimwear@gmail.com
    • For exchanges, explain which items you'd like in return (be specific: size/color/etc).
      Write down your address on the note - that's where we send it back to you.
    • For refunds, explain your reasons (defective/didn't fit/etc).
    • If you are claiming for a damaged product, please include pictures of the product or any other evidence.
    • Package must be previously authorized for return.

  1. Allow 2-3 days of processing after we receive the item for the new item to be shipped.  The new item will be shipped as a regular order.
